Thank you! I was shocked, but I guess I couldn't have gained 3 lbs of fat not overeating or not eating junk food. I'll take your advice!

Thanks! Usually I eat a bunch of fruit, just today I didn't really eat that many, and for veggies, I'm trying to up my intake on them also! Btw, I was only eating 700-1000 calories because I was getting a bit too obsessive about them, but I realized I was being stupid and would eventually hurt my body.

Honestly, peanutbutter cups are such a weakness for me, if someone pulls one out, it's a "Now you see it, now you don't" situation. <.< >.>

Today I was like, "Wheat thins are okay, I mean, I'll only eat a few...." I think I ate like 40.... Self control? Did you get lost again Self Control?

It took me awhile to realize I can eat a cookie or two during the week without feeling bad, or I can eat something before dinner if I'm hungry. Maybe I keep hitting plateau's because I'm not eating enough and I almost always feel hungry.

Thanks guys :]. I actually need to take a bit of a break from cardio because I've had shin splints for awhile and never really "took it easy" like I was told too.... Now I I can't even run a lap without having trouble standing. =.=, but once they get a bit better I can go back into action. :)

I think this is a great idea, because you have enough time to lose weight and everyone would like to rock a good Christmas dress/outfit. I'd love to do this. :]

It took me 6 weeks, but no, I just started to work out 70 minutes a day last week. I was doing 30-50 before :].

I weigh myself once a week and then record it on MFP if I lost anything. :)

I love natural green tea! I drink 3-4 cups a day of it! I also drink black tea once in awhile, but I really like plain green. ^^

I love the original whole grain ones, I tasted one and just wanted to eat them all! Anyway, I guess if I don't eat too many I'll be fine, I heard they have many nutrients that are good for you, if you don't eat the entire box like I want to, :laugh:

I have those days, I call Sunday my "Treat Day", because I eat healthy all day, but then when dinner comes around I get what I really want and eat it. Last week I ate a lot of pizza, like a lot, I'm sure there were people looking for their pizza everywhere, but they aren't going to find it because I ate it all.....but…

This made me laugh, haha, nice job! It's nice to not be embarrassed to wear shorts, especially when the weather rises!
