im 4'11 1/2 and weigh 132lbs atm... still got a little bum and hip fat to shift but as for target weight i have no idea... didnt realise i had 3 stone to lose tbh lolx

if ur exercising alot make sure ur eating at least some of those calories back. body needs fuel. the 1200 mfp suggests is far to low in my oppionion x

im no expert but after using protein shakes for about 3 months i find i get best results by having one shake after a workout and one shake with soya milk before bed... i did have one before a workout but found i didnt really need it as my diet is protein high already :)

hey just stick to it and dont let a bad days put you off track. as i said above the gym has changed my life. i love it! oh and i lift weights now, do squats, leg presses etc before i hit the cardio. seems to really work. good luck x

I eat very clean now. i have the odd cheat day mainly when i go home to visit my family. ie cinema cannot be enjoyed without popcorn so i refuse to cut it right out. i have cut out all fizzy drink except for on treat days. when ive had a treat day i make sure i get straight back onto it with tons of water and good food. i…

thanks guys. before i started i would have been well happy at 135lbs...now im striving for 120lbs. pear shapped so still got a bit to firm up - i must say ive found it so much easier to stick to it with the help from everyone on MFP :)

i agree with the above. at the start of my weight loss plan i craved chocolate etc, now ive cut all fizzy drinks and bad sugars i can taste the natural sugar in my foods and crave fruit more than i do the "bad" sugars :)

i took up squash a month ago. my gym has a club that runs on a tuesday so is a great laugh and also great workout. i tend to warm up for workouts with a little knock about on a squash court practicing :)
