I have normal blood pressure and a Resting heart rate of 38... On a recent work medical the nurse asked if I was on beta blockers. Having already known being half way fit causes a low heart rate, I told her my general weekly routine and she was fine. Basically said unless I start to feel tired and lacking energy a lot it's…

Been told otherwise but hey certainly nice to be able to eat what I like :)

You have to fuel. Your workouts to get the most from them. If nothing else, working out when tired or weaker runs a risk of injury x

hi i had a look. overall your doing well plenty of water and ur getting what mfp says u need in protein but id suggest u take their values with a pinch of salt. exchange some of your carbs for sommin higher in protein - eggs, cottage cheese, greek yogart, lean meats like chicken and finally salmon is god. hope this helps xx

agree with this strongly. legs are biggest muscle group so working on them makes sure ur body is a fat burning furness :)
