5'3 and just want to shape my legs and stomach

Hi everyone I am new to MFP. Just wondering if there is anyone who has trouble spots with upper thighs and stomach and if they have achieved the goal to tone those areas, what did you do and what did you eat?

    my trouble areas are upper thighs and bumb, lunges, squats and running have helped no end (gone from a size 18-12) also look at your diet and incorperate plenty of protein like chicken salmon eggs nuts etc. hope this helps
