My daughter makes a "salad" using canned tuna, avocado, tomatoes and cucumber.

With a tablespoon of mayonnaise, onions, celery, boiled egg, dill pickle, lime juice, garlic and onion powder, dill weed and lemon pepper. Served on a bed of lettuce.

I weigh it then save whatever is leftover and scramble with some eggs for breakfast or make a nice salad or wrap with it for lunch. I seldom ever throw away food, especially meat!

They are HORRIBLE! Not only do they smell. The texture is very weird. I couldn't get one bite down and I am not a picky eater. Save your money.

I take my measurements at the narrowest part below my breast, across my belly button and under my belly.

Can you "pick apart" the entree to estimate the calories? A pasta dish with vegetables and chicken with light cream sauce. Search "pasta", "chicken", "broccoli" and "light cream sauce". Then add together and do an estimated guess. Just enjoy it and know that 1 day off of logging won't hurt you.

I took my grandkids to the park today. It is amazing how much "exercise" you can get just playing on the slides, climbing the monkey bars and swinging. Swinging works your legs, stomach and arms!

Live in southern California. Stay at home wife, mom and grandma. I take care of 3 of my 4 grand-kids during the week. I also have a daughter in high school.

Why not make them into little cheesecake bites instead of a big cheese cake? You can use a mini muffin pan.

Mine was trying to ride a ride at Sea World. Two workers were bouncing on the bar trying to get it locked. One of the guys asked me if I could hold up my belly so they could try and lock the bar. I said no thank you and walked away. It was embarrassing.

I am 50, due to be 51 in a couple of weeks. I love the fact that I am 51. I have four wonderful children ranging in years from 32 to 17. And 4 grandkids ranging in ages of 7 to 3 years old. I watch my grandchildren 4 days a week. I may be 50 but I definately feel 30 something!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had this same problem a few days ago. I logged what foods I had brought, then did the best I could with the "bites" of others. Then just added quick calories.

I read them and agree with you. They are all good tips and things that I practice EXCEPT for 21. Eating after dinner is a curse? I think not. =)

Hi, my name is Lynda and I am from southern California. I started with MFP on March 18. My June goal is to be 175 by my birthday, June 25. As the month is now here and I only have 3 weeks left to meet that goal, I am beginning to believe 180 will be the closest I will get. I won't quit trying!!! If I don't make 175 by June…
