I thought these would be "feel good" tripe, but actually the suggestions are pretty good. I agree with all of them except #21.
I guess people want to be lazy, rather than reasonable b/c I don't think "25 REASONABLE WAYS TO STAY SLIM" would grab much reader attention.

I read them and agree with you. They are all good tips and things that I practice EXCEPT for 21. Eating after dinner is a curse? I think not.0

/nod mostly agree though I will throw in with the no eating after dinner is bogus crowd. I have a big bowl of cereal pretty well every night around 8, then I go to bed. Time means nothing.0
