  • My bad I thought you were talking about eating meals like walking around the kitchen or something. I don't think one would burn more calories. It is calories in calories out and if you walk the same pace eating/not eating you should burn the same calories.
  • I wouldn't walk and eat at the same time. A few reasons is you might eat faster and eat more than you want to. Also there is a safety issue, falling with a fork in your mouth is not worth it. Walking after eating is the one I would go with.
  • I use a weighted hula hoop when watching tv. Leg raises when reading, squats with laundry. I don't ever sit for more than 30 mins if I can help it either. I also walk a lot.

  • I use potatoes to get rid of leftovers. We have extra chili, veggies, beans, chicken etc. we toss it on a potato and you have lunch. With the focus on getting rid of leftovers we don't add cheese, bacon sour cream and all the usual potato toppings.

  • I hate the gym and working out too. Do little things like do not sit for more than 45 mins at a time during the day get up and more for a few mins. If you have stairs in the house run up them every time. only carry two bags of groceries at a time into the house and make lots of trips. do squats when folding laundry.…
  • My crunch time breakfast is; a serving of applesauce, chia seeds and whatever else I can grab like a fig or two or some nuts. Most days I try to have an egg and veggie omelet. I cut the veggies in bulk and keep them in a container in the fridge so I can get breakfast faster in the am.

  • Good lucky on the switch. I did the same thing (except I do drink one cup of coffee most days) I enjoyed Bengal Spice from Celestial Seasonings in the am. It's a little kick with the 'spices'. Green and white teas are good also with lemon or ginger. You can do it!
  • I work 12 hours days in an ER and I wear men hanes x-temp boxer briefs. I do wear them sometimes for a workout too. They are comfortable and keep me cool. I'm a lady and they have always fit well except for a little more room in the front.
