I'm looking for motivation to continue on my healthier way of life.I start great then after a few weeks I just give up.i will be 41 in November and I'm trying to lose 35lbs-45lbs by then.looking for support

The advice that works for me is simply loving yourself during the process. It's hard to get the motivation to work out if I tell myself I have to work out to lose weight. It's difficult when the scale doesnt move and so much emphasis is placed on the numbers. However once I started to tell myself I have to work out for my heart, or well being I find I actually do it, and enjoy it! Find what works for you. I know a gym does not work for me but give me a bike and Ill go all day. Another one that helped me so much is not to look so much at the scale and more about how you are feeling. I have "only" lost 10 lbs but gained so much muscle, went down a pant size, I feel better and I think I look better. Do it for you, speak kindly to yourself and deeply enjoy turing 41.
