Being a black belt in American Kenpo, I can attest that the Kenpo X is legit. However it is just cardio kickboxing, based on Kenpo. The guy in the very back of the video is a Kenpo Black Belt (I checked his lineage). With all of that said there is nothing like hitting a bag or throwing around a 50 pound grappling bag.

Good luck!

Good luck, any questions ask away. We are all here to support each other.

I believe you have 30 days, so why not go the whole 24 days and see where it takes you. 3 days is not enough to judge.
-
Good luck!

Awesome, keep up the good work. Nate DeTracy told me to try making the fiber drink like apple sauce and only use a little water. The Peaches and Cream one is much easier to get down. Good luck on the rest of your journey.

I hate to say it, but if you are already admitting that there are certain foods you won't give up, then you are saying you are not going to follow the meal plan. Odds are it will not work. Somewhat healthy is not going to get you the results you want. Being as you did not buy it from me i have nothing to gain or lose by…

Sorry you had that experience. I agree it can get a bit cultish. Never heard Spark compared to Metamucil. That's kind of funny.
-
I wish there was a like button, for this.
-
Funny, because Advocare has been around for 20 years. To OP, yes it will really help you lose weight.
-
Let me first start off by saying, yes I sell it. So some will jump on me, saying of course I like it I am just trying to sell it. They can think what they want. I 100% believe in Advocare. So much so I give my kids some of their products (Spark before karate and their other sports and Rehydrate during, plus some of their…

Very well said, but be careful expressing that because If you don't tow the company line here of calories in calories out you get attacked.
-
I'm sorry I am far to busy improving my life and the lives of others to provide you with an actual study. I am sure our companies scientific board would be happy to answer any questions. I can get you their email address if you would like?
-
You again? Most aren't but ours are.
-
No actually is a healthy lifestyle.
-
Look at the website. You are so good at looking things up. Topic clearly say Advocare, why come here? p.s. Spark cost me about 1.00 a serving, how's that expensive?
-
Sorry disagree, because Spark is cheaper and better for you then any other energy drink. To each his own...
-
And supplements to fill in the gaps.
-
Depends on what your portion size is.
-
Start by doing wall pushups. The closer your feet are to the wall the easier it is. Gradually move your feet further and further away as you get stronger. Next move to a counter and do push ups on the counter, same premise. The further away you move your feet the harder it gets. You'll be doing pushups in no time.

That's funny because that is exactly what the 24 Day Challenge is eating healthy and regular exercise. The 24 Day Challenge is a starter program to help people get a jump start. Why 24 days, because it becomes a habit. Do I want to continue to eat on the plan after I am done, of course. Do I want to continue taking…

In regards to the headaches are you drinking spark?
-
You don't need to track them, but some do have calories. With the meal plan you really aren't worrying about calories, but mfp is a good way to see how much you are taking in. If you are a few calories over your allowance because of your supplements I wouldn't sweat it. Or just go for a walk to burn them off.
-
My wife and I are starting the 6th as well.
-
Good luck ladies!
-
Not pushing, if it works.... :)
-
Start with the Advocare 24 Day Challenge and then move on to the 72 Day and so on. Meal and exercise plan provided.

Did you take your before pictures and measurements?
