Anyone see this weeks?

I was thinking the same thing. Funny how TBL this past season was about No Excuses, but they never touched on homelessness. After what this guy went through in 1 year, there aren't any excuses that I can think of.

bump, for later.

Insanity is quite possibly the hardest work out dvd out there. That said there are many people who do P90X first then move on to Insanity. Insanity is great for leaning out. You may lose so muscle, but you will still stay pretty strong. Good luck. If you have any questions let me know.

Great job. I am currently in my 2nd or 3rd round. My problem is I keep letting myself go afterwards. I'm on week #3. Today is Kenpo X.
-
I've done 1 round already. Currently doing a round of P90X, but will do another round of Insanity once I am done. Just saw the infomercial last night. Love seeing my friends on TV. Can't wait to do another round.

Read all three books in less then 9 days. Haven't seen the movie yet, so shhhh don't tell me anything. I heard they are making the three books into 4 movies. If you like the Hunger Games read Divergent by Veronica Roth, it was very good and I couldn't put it down the same way as Hunger Games trilogy. There is only 1 book…

Now that is funny!! Yes he is a good player, but he's damaged goods. It's a shame really, because he like Lindros were special players. Concussions just ruined them. How many games did he play the last time he came back? 8? Oh yeah G-d help the other teams..... LOL!

FLYERS!!!!!

Restart Insanity and finish it. You'll thank me later....
-
I've done P90X and Insanity. If I had to choose one, I'd say Insanity. It was the hardest workout I have every done, but it was Amazing!!
-
I would do P90X 3 days a week (the strength training dvd's) and run 3-4 days a week. So for example Chest and Back on Day 1, then run on Day 2, Shoulders and Arms on Day 3, run on day 4, etc.... Hope this helps, Stu

You can do it, just check your ego at the door and don't be afraid to modify.

Very well said!

I'm not tracking exercise calories on here. Just my food intake.

Both my wife and I are currently using the DVD's at home. It's great, the program comes with everything you need to be successful. Not going to lie, it's a tad bit expensive, but totally worth it.

I love how these threads always turn into name calling and insults. The OP asked a question and then it turns into this. Are you serious??? Yes one of the things I sell is Shakeology. Yes I used to use Shakeology and still do on occasion. I stopped because I am sick of the Chocolate and don't like Greenberry. Will probably…
