YES!!!! The biopsy is the only true diagnosis for celiac disease. A blood test might give you a hint, but it is not totally accurate. My blood test came back that I didn't have celiac disease, but after the biopsy, it was positive. And if you clean up your diet before the endoscopy, even the biopsy may not be accurate.…

I'm curious to see answers to this too. My HRM always says 400+ for cardio workouts when I see others posting the same duration and 200+ calories burned. I only have 15 pounds or so to lose (maybe even less) so I would think it would be much lower.

I've always had this problem, even when I was under 100 pounds. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and since becoming gluten free, there is a HUGE difference. My belly bloating is much less. Maybe you have celiac disease or even just a gluten intolerance.
