I have not lost near that much, but I don't see the weight loss much myself. My boyfriend however is all too happy to flash around pictures of me months ago to show the difference. Definitely in..been way to long since I did one of these challenges. On a side note...I want to thank you for posting these. I see a direct correlation to my doing the challenges and keeping up with my logging here. Don't get on in the morning to check the challenge...I typically forget to log the day. You are a big help!

I've started the second level, these last few days have been a bit crazy and I've only gotten two days into it but some of the things are easier than level one but others are harder. It's not too much though.

I am lifting, not a great deal as I don't have access to a gym but I make do with what I have. I do protein shakes. I take it slow as I need to make it last as I am lucky to have it at the moment. I try and get as much as I can, I've read a lot about it being a good thing when sculpting and losing.

I love vegetables, fruits not so much, but I eat them when they are available. When I have more control on it, my diet usually insists of a lot of salads and vegetables with dip, stuff like that simply because I love cucumbers and carrots and that type.

I only have 5s. I had a hard time with the shoulder presses at first, and I couldn't do any of the shoulder raises with the weights.
