  • Amazing transformation. You are doing such a great job. I am always happy to see a fellow PCOS person get great success.
  • Hi Kristal. My name is Courtney. I am 26 and I have PCOS as well. I understand how hard it is to loose the weight. I've been struggling with it for a few years now. From what I can understand of it all is to control our blood sugar. That is of course easier said then done. Apparently taking more of a diabetic diet is…
  • I am in the middle of doing C25K. I have been doing other things as well so I can't really say weight wise. I can see endurance wise I have seen results. I could hardly run the minute when I first started. My heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest it was so fast. Now I can jog for 10mins, take 2-3min break…
  • Amazing transformation. As a person with PCOS I know the fight must of been hard and glad you posted to show it can be done.
  • Ok I wish I had of known about the microwave trick. I will try it next time since it makes sense. As far as recipes go I just substitute my pasta noodles for spaghetti squash. The other day I made lasagna and meat sauce the way I normally do but I substituted the noodles for spaghetti squash and hamburger for chicken. I…
  • I wish I wish I had muscle instead of fat. I love to tone up; gain muscle strength and endurance. P.S. I love your profile pic lol
  • I'm with the others. He is probably doing it because he is a d-bag and thinks your reactions are funny. When it places it their, don't say a word to him, just put it in the garbage and continue with your day. If he asks why you put it in the trash I would only respond with "Thanks for the offer but I didn't want it". I…
  • You are right it is not fully the same thing. I should of clarified that it would give her an idea on people opinion about not eating for long periods of time. That is it probably the close thing she is going to find information wise on here because these posts normally get locked and deleted pretty quickly. Personally I…
  • I personally have never done it and I don't think I would be able to go that long without eating. There are a lot of posts and groups based around intermittent fasting or "IF". There is consent debates on the message boards as to if it is a healthy thing to do or not. What is the longest you have done a water fast for?
  • Amazing transformation. Congratulations on such a success.
  • I guess things are just different where I come from. No I wouldn't show up with food just for me because that is rude; I would bring enough for everyone. Where I come from it is rude to not to bring a dish to the party. Maybe we just have a different way of celebrating. Where I come it isn't about the food. It is about…

  • I've asked my self this question many times. Here is my take on it. Is it rude? may be or may be not. Do I care? No. I don't say that to be mean, I say it to be selfish. In the past I would care. I would end up eating the junkfood even though I swear I wouldn't touch a thing because people would push it on me. I never…

  • Oh wow the difference in your face. Congratulations on your success.
  • Thanks everyone for the tips and suggestions :)
  • Hmmm today is a holiday....dr offices are closed on holidays......but do you think he will open up specially for me? I can't see him today or obviously I would of stopped in. I only asked to see if anyone else experienced this issue and what they did to help ease the pain or strength the muscle until I can see my own dr.
  • Sorry I am on my phone and just realize that it has been auto correcting to heal instead of HEEL. It is mostly in the bottom of the heel; so bottom of the foot part. The pain starts at the bottom of the heel when I put pressure on it and then comes up the sides.
  • Umm light walking actually isn't that bad specially if I have my shoes on. Often with light walking I don't feel it. It isn't a consent pain. I can feel it when I put any heavy pressure on the back of my heal or if I flex the foot far enough. For example I did my walk today and I was fine. A few hrs later I tried to do the…
  • Thanks guys. I didn't think to mention that I also work at a nursing home so the floors are on the hard side. I will try the tennis ball.
  • Could be that. It isn't a consistent pain. It just happens when too much pressure gets pushed onto the heal. It is only on the one foot. I started jogging with c25k. I'm not running down hill or fast but maybe just doing something I am not use to. Did you take a rest from everything or just the running? Meaning should I…
  • Today's NSV - There is a women I use to see daily at the walking track but I haven't seen her in a month due to the fact we have been walking at different times. Today she stopped me and commented on how she can notice I have lost a lot of weight and how much faster my walking picked up. It was a total confident booster.
  • Depends what you are looking for at what level you want to start at. Jillian Micheals has a beginner frontside and backside series that is for beginners. A lot less intense then her 30day shred. Tony Horton offers the 10min trainer which is all beginner basic. 21 day fix is also pretty good and offers modification moves.…
  • There are lots of us on here. If you search you will find a group. Feel free to add me as a friend and message me any time you need to chat. I know how hard it can be.
  • Fooling your self. I agree and wouldn't count anything that you do on a normal bases or part of your daily activity. I think that how people end up eating too many calories. They count things that are just part of daily activity.
  • Great video. thanks for sharing :)
  • Everyone mentions things I wish I had of known. I wish I had of worried less and had more fun. I wish I hadn't of let me weight determine so many aspects of my life. It isn't really until my weight loss journey that I realized how much it had an affect on my personality and hobbies that I enjoyed. Most importantly I wish I…

  • What an amazing transformation in both aspects of your life. Your doing great. Glad you posted.
  • I've had this discussion with people I work with. I am down 31lbs and I don't find I look different. They said it is because I see my self every day so the changes are little and go unnoticed to me where they see all the changes at once, because with rotating shifts it could be a few days or weeks before I see someone, so…
  • Stop putting your self down with the "Fat" comment. You have done an amazing job and a great transformation so far. You should feel proud about your accomplishment so far. Great job :)
