I was just wondering does anyone use BCAA? How do you know if you should be using it? How do you know when to take it? Is there anything wrong with walmart brands like muscletech? And just any other advice you may have to someone looking into it. Thanks

Is it normal to loose 7lbs in a week?
So I am just starting my 9th week at the gym. For the first 9weeks I lose inches but no weight. The scale never budged. All of a sudden this week I am down 7lbs. Is that normal or something I should be worried about?

I'm just wondering is it better to do high weights + low reps or low weights + high reps? I'm wondering particularly when it comes to abs.
