10 Minute Trainner -Opinions? Anyone Seen Results?

I was just wondering if anyone has done it and seen results? Of course I know 10mins isn't going to cause any miracles and that in reality you need to do all 3 workouts to get the best results. Even then it probably isn't going to give you great amazing results. I'm just looking for ways to build up my fitness so I can do more intense programs. I find a lot of the exercise programs to be difficult because I carry a lot of weight and I lack strength. I am honestly not at the point were I could do something like P90X. I'm just wondering has it improved anyone strength and endurance? Has anyone seen any type of results from doing it? Also I do cardio daily anyways. I walk or light jog since 1hr a day since I am doing the c25k program. Would doing the cardio video along with my normal cardio be over doing it?
