What Goals Did You Set?

So I have been trying to think of different goals that I want to achieve. Of course there is the obvious goal weight but I was thinking of other ones I might want to achieve along the way. I have been doing the 30day shred and started the c25k program. Finishing both these programs are now goals I want to achieve. So I was just wondering what goals has everyone else set? Which goals have you achieved? Did you do anything to celebrate or do you track the goals you achieve in any way?
