Someone has given me access to the equipment listed below. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a weekly beginner routine using all or some of the equipment? I'm new to lifting weights and I want to build strength. I want to loose the large amount of fat and inches I have. I also want to build muscle definition and strength endurance not brute force if that makes any sense.
Equipment: Vibration machine platform (t-zone without handles), weider home gym(link below), a reflex punching bag, exercise wheel, adjustable 1lb to 5lb ankle weights, 2-3lb 2-5lb and 2-10lb dumbbells.
