I was wondering if anyone has any HIIT video suggestion for beginners?

    Fitnessblender has a lot of good free HIIT videos. You can view them on youtube and I know that they have some for beginners. I also really like Jillian Michaels videos which are circuit training/ HIIT style. Most of her videos have 3 people showing you modified, moderate, and advanced. If you have amazon prime, you can view some of her videos on their streaming. I think they may also be on youtube, but not sure if they're legally there or not.
