  • I'm no expert but if you're feeling that tired, sore and lacking proper bowel movements then I'm guessing what you're doing is very unhealthy. I would be worried that your weight loss might not be from loosing fat but muscle mass.

  • Talking to your landlord isn't going to fix the over all problem. They might get kicked out of there apartment but that just means they will move and abuse the kid some where else. My suggestion it to talk to someone who can professional determine if the child is in harm.
  • That is a really good question that I would like to know the answer too as well. I don't mind lifting weights all day long but I hate cardio. I would assume in order to burn fat you need the cardio and weight lifting. Cardio burns fat and the more muscle you have the more fat cardio would burn.

  • What type of games are you interested in? DDR and My fitness Pal:Dance Workout are good dance related games. For boxing workouts My Fitness Pal Cardio is really good. Jillian Micheals has a few games out. There is a few by EA Active. There are also training games like UFC or NFL

  • I never thought about a stepper to use in front of the tv. I think part of my problem is that I don't want to turn off the tv to go work out.
  • There is none that I know of. You should really watch which ones you pick. The "tv dinner ones" are often really high in calories. The Lean cusine are normally lower cal but high in sodium and other bad things which allow them to be low cal.
  • I always use the recipe option to add up the calories for all the the food you used. I then put in the number of portions I turned the meal into. This will give you a rough idea of how many calories you consumed per serving.
