You can do a lot without weights. Sit ups, push ups, pull ups, lunges, squats, and planks.. Sometimes you just have to work with what you have. :)

I like iheartradio a lot more, but I listen to the Basshunter station a lot. :)

You can tell in your stomach. :) and like everyone else said, give it time. :) it'll be worth it in the end.

Wow. You look amazing. :) great job.

Hey, I'm almost in the same boat as you. :) I'm not really here to lose weight, I am just looking to tone up and get healthier. I felt the same way as you. I drank soda non stop and ate unhealthy food and always felt bloated and sluggish. I had to throw out all the sweets in my house and stop drinking soda. Not even three…

I'm the same way, I would love to see people's responses. :)

Damn jay. :) now that's motivation. :D I envy your collar bone. Haha. Sounds weird, but it looks amazing. :)

Every has their rough days. You just need to get some self control. :) For me to get self control, I had to throw or give away ALL of the sweets in my house. I can't have them here, or I will eat them. But only you can change what you are doing and get back on track. We are just here to motivate and support. The big step…

My goal was to be 125, but then my sister started showing me pictures of really toned girls our height and they looked way better at 137 than they did when they weren't toned at 123. So I'm not even sure about my goal weight now. :)
-
You look great. :) you can definitely tell in your stomach and your thighs look more toned. :)
-
And your stomach looks amazing. Especially after having a kid. :)
-
Thank you. :) I just want to tone everything up now. And I am 5'9.

At first it took a really bad breakup, and that dropped me down to 150 in about a month. Then I didn't watch what I ate and went back up to 160 in a year. Started exercising and dropped to 140 and that took about two months. Stopped exercising for almost a year and stayed at 140, then 3 weeks ago started dieting and…

On the left I was close to 180, and on the right I am 130. :)

If you watch what you eat and exercise, it's definitely achievable. :)

I'm also a navy wife and love to play video games. Gears of war, Resident Evil, Uncharted, anything. :) I started about a two weeks ago with eating healthy and a week ago with exercising. :) Feel free to add me. :)

You may need to give it more time, one or two weeks doesn't seem like enough time to see a big difference. You could be carrying a lot of water weight. Also, my weight fluctuates like crazy. I can get on the scale in the morning and it'll be 131 and weigh myself a couple hours later and be almost 135. I just suggest giving…

I'm in the same boat you are. :) just started working out about a week ago. And 11 mins jogging is better than sitting on the couch. :) Feel free to add me. :)

Adding friends on here is a great way to get motivation and support. :) but in the end, it's all going to be up to you whether you truly stick to it or not.

I have 6 tattoos and 17 piercings, used to have my ears gauged. :) feel free to add me.

About three weeks ago, my moms side of the family decided to go on a 12 week challenge to lose weight and said it would be fun if I joined in. I started doing that, but about a week ago I looked in the mirror and just decided it was time to get in shape and look better for my husband. So I guess my husband is more of the…

Work your *kitten* off when you workout. :) don't stop when you get tired, go the extra mile. It'll work. :)
-
Thank you everyone. :) I may hold of for a couple weeks and stick to the cardio I am doing now. I don't think I can hold weights, I got my cast off and it hurts to even make a fist. Thank you for the input though. :)

For my legs, mine are just the normal sitting down and touching your toes. And all the one similar that they had you do in school. :) I found those help the most when my legs are sore.

Just keep pushing through. It gets more rewarding everyday. :) I am also kind of new to the eating healthy and working out daily. It's getting a tiny bit easier and I'm getting more motivated to workout and do my strength training. :) Feel free to add me if you want for support. :)

It is definitely achievable. :) you just have to be committed and work hard towards it. And even if you don't lose it all by the time you want, you will still have lost some and it will be worth it. Also, remember muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are working out, you may lose fat but gain muscle. So don't be…

I would say apples and bananas are a good snack that is healthy and they are cheap. Whenever I am craving something sweet, those help a lot. :) it's getting easier not to go for chocolate or unhealthy snacks but sometimes I crave them bad. You just have to fight the urge and you will feel even better when you don't eat…

I've only been counting calories for 2 or 3 weeks so far, but I know when I first started, all I wanted was chocolate and to be lazy. It does get a little bit easier and you don't craves sweets as much, at least that's how I am. :) you just have to fight through the urges. And if you do give in, just exercise to make up…

Haha that's actually not a bad idea. Day 2- 55 squats done. :)
