My husband and I use a app called JEFIT. Its amazing. They have programs you can do, it tells you which machines to do, how many reps and it keeps track. you can pick almost any kind of workout you want. :)

I used to drink on the weekends about 10 shots a night. Then out of nowhere, I became the angry drunk and started punching things and shattered my hands. So no more drinking for me. Haha. :)

I've started to walk 2 1/2 every morning with 15lb ankle weights. :) gives me such a good burn, and I can feel it in my legs too. I may start wearing them every where. It was funny, the first day I wore them, I tried to run in them. It was bad, I looked so silly and went so slow but it took so much energy. :)

My dog Disney motivates me to exercise. :) everyday we walk 2 1/2 miles, and a couple days out of the week we walk 10+ miles. :) If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't enjoy exercising as much as I do. :) she is pure muscle though.

I finally got to where I feel comfortable in a bikini and I am 130. 5'9. But I also carry most of my weight on my stomach, so that's always stopped me. Hopefully I will feel better and look better by the time summer comes around.

Don't pay too much attention to the sugars in fruits. Those are healthier sugars. But also don't indulge in them either. You really just want to stay away from white sugar and brown. But white is the worst. I just read this about 10 mins ago cause I was having the same problem

I looked at your food diary, and it doesn't seem that you are very consistent about it. That could be one thing. Also, try lowering your calories to 1500, and eating back most or half of your exercise calories. :)
