You may need to workout harder and do more intensity. Also try changing up your workout. If you have been working out hard and really been logging your food and not losing anything, then there may be a problem. But it just doesn't sound like you are pushing yourself hard enough.

I look at Pinterest under health and fitness and see a lot of girls bodies that I want to be like. Also maybe TMI, but I think about when I do reach my long term goals, how sexy I will look naked for my husband and be able to wear all those sexy outfits and costumes and not feel self conscious about it. :)

You will get to feeling better about yourself, yes. But satisfied, I'm not sure. A lot of people aren't ever satisfied and that's why they keep at what they are doing, and once they hit their goal or their perfect image, that's when they become satisfied and happy. :)

You could do push-ups, pull ups, and worst of all, planks. Haha. :) I hate planks but they workout everything on you.

I'm close to mine. :) I am 5'9 and weigh 129. My goal weight is 125. But when I hit that, I am going to focus more on strength training to get toned up. I do some strength training now, but more cardio than anything.

You can still do your workout and you will be fine. But we don't know if you'll be able to sleep afterwards. Some people sleep better after working out and some don't.. Everyone is different.

I just turned 21 a couple weeks ago. :) I am about 5 pounds from my goal weight, but need to start strength training soon. But a couple years ago I was 180, now I am 129 and I am 5'9. :) Feel free to add me.

I am 21. :) I had to cut out all soda from my life and I threw away the junk food in my house. I try really hard to stick to my calories and workout at least 30 mins a day. I've only been at it for about 2-3 weeks and I can already see a difference and I feel much better. :D

Are you measuring yourself? Sometimes the scale does at change but the way you look will. You could be replacing fat with muscle and that could be a reason it isn't changing. :)

It takes awhile to see changes on the scale. Are you measuring yourself? Also, are the calories that you are eating, are they healthy calories or are some junk? A lot can be the reason for no change. What are you doing for a workout and how long?

I love junk food as well, but had to learn to give them up. Fruit is really sweet and good. Or if you feel you need a cookie or junk food, try to workout before and burn as many calories as that has and make it like a treat after you're done working out. I smoke also. I don't plan on quitting any time soon. But my biggest issue is breathing. Haha. :) I get so short on breath before I even really start working out hard. It's gotten a lot better and easier over the past week and a half. :)

Hahah. I didn't go through all 9 pages, but sadly, I love fast food. :( hopefully ill get to the point where it grosses me out, but I still want it quite frequently but have to tell myself no and to eat something healthier. I do always feel guilty when I do eat it though.

I walk a lot. :) I just want something to get my heart going and something I enjoy. That's the only reason I don't take up running, I hate it and get angry when I do. :)

Thinking about it, I don't have much. But I have heard great things about Zumba. :) I will have to go buy a DVD and try it out. And I don't want to pretend I am holding a jump rope, I already jump rope more than I want to. :) Haha.
