Need Some Support-Am I doing something Wrong?

In all honesty I am wondering if I am doing something wrong I have been exercising 4-6 days a week 40-45 a day with the 30
Day Shred and walking on the treadmill. I am a SAHM with three children under the age of 4 and I haven't lost any weight yet in fact the scale has gone in the other direction. I have cut back on the soda and junk food and have also increased my water intake but I am still just incredibly frustrated and disappointed because I thought I'd be seeing results by now. I am also breastfeeding and on the mini birth control pill but am keeping my calories count between 1700-1900.

    I looked at your food diary, and it doesn't seem that you are very consistent about it. That could be one thing. Also, try lowering your calories to 1500, and eating back most or half of your exercise calories. :)
