I'm in. I was just thinking last night how I would like for this to be my next goal. If I lose this 20, I'll be back at my lowest weight (vacation and summer fun helped me gain 20 back that I worked so hard to lose). Christmas present to myself! Let's go!

Hi there. I am 5'3" and 172 right now. I have gotten into running and I want to start lifting as soon as I get up the courage go in the weight room. I would like to get down to 120. Thank you for this. I have ventured into the freeweights section a few times at my gym but it is still terrifying for me. I feel like I'm doing everything wrong and everyone is staring at me. I lost my first 50 pounds by just walking and staying at my calorie limit. Start counting calories and move a little more and you will lose. Good luck and congrats on your new baby :)

This happened to me also until I switched to a whole food vitamin. I take the Every Woman Multivitamin by New Chapter. You don't even have to take it with a meal and I've never had any tummy issues with it.

Super impressive and certainly a motivator for me. I started a lifting routine but after a few months I wasn't seeing any progress (I know I should stick with it) but I feel like I'm so clueless. I'm also 5'3" but there is no way my body will look that amazing 30 pounds from now.
