  • I'm scheduled to do W3 D3 today. Ugh!
  • I found that when I run too slowly, it throws off my breathing rhythm. Try running a bit faster and see if that helps your breathing. I know it sounds strange. I think when I was running too slow, I was kind of knocking the wind out of me, vs just breathing naturally.
  • I am trying to lower my carb intake so I had a turkey melt (smoked turkey breast, with lorraine swiss) and put on a bed of baby arugula. I didn't even miss the bread!
  • Also, if you use headphones, specifically the white iPod ones, those will forever be colored too. My husband's pair are now pink! LOL
  • I did the color run last year and my shoes came out okay. I did however have on a very new, very expensive (I have a large chest) sports bra, and that is forever colored.
  • Work on core training, maybe try some yoga or pilates? When I started that my times/endurance got better. Also, I second the 3x per week run comment someone above said. If I don't run at least 3x a week, my stamina doesn't seem to change at all. That being said, I almost never run two days in a row.
  • I'm in the middle of my second major plateau during my weight loss journey. When I was in the middle of my first (I was doing WW at the time), it was suggested to me to try to eat my activity calories for a week. For example: you burn 300 calories doing aerobics one day, eat an additional 300 calories. It seems like it…
