On most days, none. I try to keep my sugar count as low as possible. Most days I'm around 40g, yesterday I was 25. Many fruits and vegetables have natural sugar in them (not to start a debate on and if there are "good" types of sugar) so I just avoid them. I can't necessarily say that what I do is recommended...but…

I (try to) eat well during the week and reward myself with beer on the weekends. I know it sounds funny, but it works for me!

I drink a protein shake made up of powder and water right after working out - 24g. Drinks after working out are better than food high in protein because your body absorbs it almost immediately and your muscles can begin to repair. About an hour after, I eat lunch with about 20 more grams of protein. Throughout the day, I…

Thanks everyone.... I was mustly concerned about the fat and sugar, although I don't think it has any sugar.

I go over my sodium limits everday. I enjoy turkey lunch meat and even making tacos out of ground turkey. There's a lot of sodium in both of those. I'm under in every other category besides protein...not really sure how to control my sodium levels.

If I go over, I don't make that up the next day. Rather, I "try" not put together a few days where my calorie count is consistantly high. It's hard, especially on the weekends when I enjoy eating out and having a few drinks. My thoughts are if you know that you're probably going to go over early in the day, then maybe try…

I've often heard that you can't have "too much" protein in a given day, especially if you exercise. However, you don't want to overdo it in one meal or serving. For example, I drink a protein shake that contains 24 grams, I used to double that, making it 48. I've been told that it is too much for 1 drink, meaning that the…

To add to the topic: Does anyone have the Xbox 360 or Playstation 3 Zumba? If so, what are your opinions?

I make ground turkey tacos with the following: Pace Hot Picante Sauce Jennie-O 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey McCormick Hot Taco Seasoning Mix Ole Mexican Foods Xtreme Wellness Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap They're healthy, tasty, and high in protein and fiber. Beware, they are high in sodium.

Well, it's probably closer to 5 and half minutes depending on the setting I start with. I don't know...I just go by what the machine says!

I sweat like a pig while at the gym, others stay dry and it doesn't make sense to me even though we seem to have the same intensity. Maybe they are just in better shape than me...maybe not. Sweating is connected to you heart rate, but I'm not sure how other facters affect it as well (endurance, weight, genetics). I also…

I'm not sure what the "best" is, but for me, cardio takes a little less energy than lifting weights. Keep in mind, I have a nice steady pace on the elliptical, but hit the weights hard. I care more about burning calories and gaining muscle mass than building endurance doing cardio, but that's just me. My routine: *Warm up…
