  • My goal is to get my eating back under control. The past few weeks I have been overshooting my calorie goal by quite an amount so this week I would be very happy if I could go the whole week not breaking my limit. :)

  • Hey, This is a big reason I am dieting too. Diabetes runs in the family the same as it does in yours. We can do this! Keep a strong will and remember everyday why we are doing it. I like to think that we are in this together. Best of luck, Fiona x
  • Hey xD I while ago I read the Paul McKenna "I can make you thin" book (great read btw). In it he said that exercise helps to speed up your metabolism lots. My friend also says that apples can help it out a bit too but I haven't really read much about that one. Fiona x
