eating, I quite enjoy exercise and im an active person anyway really, I enjoy getting a good sweat on and feeling like ive achieved something, im a very competitive person though so beating what I did the day before or what I did last week etc makes me feel good and spurs me on to do more

Im never up early enough to work out before breakfast lol, not a morning person, but I do tend to do something like a run around 10 ish and then in the afternoon I do some more exercise like ride my horses so not doing two gym type sessions or two runs but I am exercising twice a day

mine shifts when im doing a lot of horse riding like five - six hours a day, but I tend to struggle to get the fat off, I have a mega strong core but the layer of flabbiness doesn't tend to shift easily, I do a lot of crunches and a fair bit of running I think the rest is making sure you have a super healthy diet

because if you have eaten and worked off those 300 calorie then they aren't adding to what you have eaten in the day, they have already been burnt off through doing that exercise
