Grilled chix is always yummy. a nice fresh fruit salad is always good. Grilled veggies are good too

I dont have the problem of people pushing food on me, but then again, I dont NOT eat something I want, if the kids have fries i may snitch a few, if we're having pasta (my weakness) I have some, I just try to limit myself & fill in with salad. For me at least, it's important to not feel deprived

i think its fine to bring your own ONLY if u bring enough to share. Otherwise I think it's rude (especially to the host -regrdless of what is being prepared) to sit there eating "your" food while everyone else eats something else

i think the venue did the easiest "fix" they could think of on the spur of the moment without embarressing anyone, & bothering the least amount of people we ALL have a "lucky day" once in awhile this one was hers. im up at 5 and at work by 630. im usually out by 3 i hit the gym on the way home, tired or not, get home, eat something, shower &20 minute nap. ready to face the rest of the nite we dont eat dinner till 7 but thats ok

going over on protein is fine. especially if your working out. im ALWAYS over on protein. Muscle LIKES protein & muscle burns fat. Many have said MFP protein allowance is too low, but I figure I cant go too wrong with lean meat & chicken
