i worry less about natural sugar than processed. I need my morning coffee but thats my max for sugar for the day, if i have fruit or veggies that make me go over i dont worry about it sodium is in processed food, get rid of that, and thats half the battle

most people log "shred" as cicuit training since its 20 mnutes long (3 circuits of 6 minutes each) I log it as 18 minutes since i cant be sure how accurate MFP really is for it. If i have to take rests I knock off an extra minute or 2

Some people need to eat back all the calories, some people do fine with eating back some & i know some people who have hugh calorie deficits at the end of every day and still lose at a consistant pace. After a quick look I'd say alittle more on the calories, less carbs, more protein, less sodium and LOTS more water

try upping your calories 200-300 you may need to take in more if your burning so much. you shouldnt be hungry 5-7 small meals a day and track your sodium - water weight and maybe drink more water? it would help if your food diary was public
