i'd like to call my reason for weight gain 'stress eating' but i was/is not stressed I was just tired from work. I can't eat properly (or eat mindfully) when at work so I usually would overeat once i'm home however just after eating I would sleep. my solution is to get more comfortable at eating at work even tho i'm not…

mine are thighs:20.5 in calf:13.5 5'2'' 112lbs. I've always thought my thigh-calf proportion was wacky, guess not...

thanks^^ the thing is my hip bones are prominent even if i'm at a healthy weight.. I do believe my bone structure is a contributing factor
