Did you take any measurements? When I did the shred I only lost 0.5 kgr which is about a lb, but I lost many inches and got in better shape, changes started to be visible after I finished it, (it's said that it takes a while to notice some changes), and then the weight started to go down faster. I used to drink tons of milk, but now I prefer water to save up calories, and I miss it! sometimes I get this need of milk and drink a huge glass :)

Mine is set to 0.7 lbs per week, 1200 cals and I usually lose 0.5 lbs per week, but not this last two weeks :S dang! holidays!

I'm going to take an unplanned rest day, yesterday I did Killer Bun & Thighs lvl2, 30DS lvl 1 and then No More Trouble Zones and 30DS lvl so I could have fun and not worry that night and today IM DEAD! hahahah I can barely move, my butt hurts so bad lol

Yes, now I hate sugar in my coffee/tea/herbal tea. And this also happens with high fat food, my stomach cannot stand them anymore.

Im on day 5 of level 2 and I like it muuuuch better than level 1, but I don't think I'll ever be able to do the scissor lunges!! Soo hard. Also the single-leg burpee is a killer! It's nice to see the improvement each day, like not having to stop the dvd to catch my breath lol But for me, this is the hardest Jillian…

Agreed, I stopped tracking sugar for that reason, I wish we could track fructose and refined sugar separately. I eat a fruit salad everyday (banana, papaya, watermelon and melon yumm!), and with that only I'm over my sugar for the rest of the day.

First day of level 2!!! yay! I like it better than level 1, level 1 almost brought me to tears hahha this is one is more fun :D I'm planning on doing 10 days of each level too, so lets see how it goes. pd: Gosh that Anita has an incredible body, those curves!

Working out, and counting calories I lost 9lbs the first time, then I gained it back, tried again, and only lost 1 lbs the first month lol but then I started losing 0.5 lbs per week, so its good

Well, everything went better than expected, I managed to stay on track and find the time to exercise (except for the last few sleepless days) Now that finals are over, I'm sure you'll be back on track in no time :)

I KNOW! I thought the same thing, It's a great workout, I hated it the first day, probably because I couldn't do some of the moves completely (and I though I was advanced at Jillian's lol ) but know I really like it! I'm at day 6 and getting better at it. :) Looking foward for the results :D

hahhaha loved your comment. my answer, I workout harder the days before and after the party, and make sure to eat a little less the day before. At the party I control my portions.
