I was on it for a year (migraines) but I started getting intense itching. Now that I am off the itching has stopped. I have been off about 2-3 weeks now. I noticed that it is harder to lose weight now and i have been at the same weight for a while now. We shall see.

I do 4 diced strawberries and a small sprinkle of powdered sugar (maybe 1/2 tablespoon). Sometimes I don't even do the powdered sugar.

Weight vs dress size can be a very odd thing. Your shape may have changed. Where and how you store your weight could be different than it was before. Perhaps before your weight was even over your whole body and now its mainly in one area.

I wanted to do any challenge and this was one that I picked. Happy I did because I am on day 21 and I have lost 2 inches off my Butt (I needed to trust me) and 1 inch of each thigh.
