My favorite morning mix. 10oz of cool coffee 3 tablespoons of coffeemate creamer sugar free vanilla is good- coconut creme if I am being naughty 1 scoop show me the whey chocolate add some ice blend it up and yummy in my tummy :)

1/2 cup egg sub, 2 oz baby spinach, 1/2 baby bellas all cooked together topped with 2 tablespoons of pace salsa and 1 tablespoon greek non fat yogurt plain, 1 cup of diced pineapple and a cup of chamomile and mint tea (no sugar). Super Yummy , relatively low in calories and filling.

To be honest I thought the Oatmeal one was a bit weird only because I like nutrition information when I go out. Although, they could have left the "just saying" part off of it... but I didn't know people ate cream cheese in their oatmeal. *hehe*

DS is 4 Work full time and starting back to school soon *sigh*. Right now I wake up early to get some work out time in. We go to the park on the weekends and ride bikes after dinner and homework. Only way I can seem to fit it in.

I would say switch to something like 1% or 2% first it has the calories and the fat and the taste is a bit closer to what you are use to drinking skim milk. We stick with 2% in our house for the most part everyone likes the taste and I feel its a good balance of healthy fats and nutrients. HTH.

Not sure about everyone else. But for me this is not optional. If I don't have a way to reach the person who has my child (don't care who it is) he isn't going... end of story. So my 2 cents... I don't blame you. I am a tad overprotective when it comes to my kiddo but I figure its my job because he can't be replaced.

My favorite is Wallaby Organic Greek Yogurt. It doesn't have as much tang as regular greek yogurt. 2nd is Greek Gods Strawberry you don't need a lot and its super yummy.
