Just wanted to say thanks for the comments. I bought some of those cereal packs that contains a set portion of 23-30grams and add a splash of milk. Im no longer going to bed hungry

starting weight was 217 and todays weight is 208.6 so didnt manage to lose 10lb but was dam close

I am a 212lb man and mfp claims 2400 so I have put it in at 1542 so hoping it's somewhere in that region. I won't be eating my the majority or my cals back so hopefully I'll be on track for some weight lose tomorrow. Didn't even get a decent sun tan but the garden looks much better lol

i burn 1000 each visit

i always make sure my net calories are at 1100-1300 so thats not a factor. Thursday - 1217 net wednesday - 1350 net tuesday - 1234 monday - 1110

i exercise a minimum of 3 times a week. I was wondering if being on 1390 cals has entered me into sm as the recommended daily allowance is 1500.

i drink about 6 pints a day of water. Yes the weight is coming off but i would like other peoples opinions as well as my own.

ok i reveal my figures- according to the power of the net my bodyweight (98.8 - as of today) x 0.8= 79.04 of protein per day. If i try and change this figure in mfp it lowers my fats to 5%?????? so which are the correct values to use?

Cheers guys for the comments i am obsessed with getting on the scales and it drains me everytime the numbers are up. I am only doing cardio and no free weights (as of yet) but i am concerned that in 3 days i have put on almost 3lb

Dude, our brains work overtime when we sleep so what you need to do is get a good 6,7,8 hours sleep. Think of your body as a machine. It needs an energy source (food) it needs lubrication (water) and it needs repairing (sleep) if a machine isn't working correctly the end product would be rubbish so think of it this way-…
