I am new and didn't realize that you needed to eat back your exercise calories. I was under the assumption that with the exercise that if I am showing I still need 200 calories because I burnt it off in a workout that it would be better .

I have a Health-o-meter scale. A while back I worked at a manufacturing company where we shipped stuff out all the time. I always used their scale. :smile:

I was actually building them. Our office ordered 12 of them and we had to put them together. There was no walking, but for some reason I was breaking a sweat. So i would say it was light. I think I'll put it under cleaning.

I actually was on WW for about 8 months and lost 30 pounds. The only thing is my purse was a lot lighter too! Plus I got so frustrated with the task of figuring out my points all the time. I'm going to give this a shot. Any advise for me?
