Actually, taking that test is a good idea. I assume I can walk into a 24hr gym and take it without joining them. Did you pay out of pocket or did it include your membership? If it's under a couple of hundred, it may be worth my while to do it.

Just hang in there......if you've been good, binge a bit. My binges are usually at Sushi bars and Brazilian steakhouses. While you can stuff yourself until you groan, at least it's heavy on the proteins.
