If it does not track your heart rate the entire time you are working out then it is just estimating the number of cal burned.

I have seen this question asked every way possible and never has the same answer been given twice.

The 20oz large is 45 cal so I think it would be safe to say that the Ex Large 24oz would be about 54 cal. 45/20=2.25*24=54

Try the RR website. It allows you to make changes to each dish to change the count. http://www.redrobin.com/food/ That place is great so I have to stay away. My fav sandwich is over 700 cal even without the mayo. Enjoy.

I will trade you some of the motivation to roll out of the rack at 455am, and run when it's 10 degrees outside. In return you can have some of my ability to give up soda. I did it for a year plus last time and never really crave or have it anymore. Maybe once a month. Deal?

no problem just eat a great big salad full of vegtables a smart dressing and that will cost you less than 100 calories. Then you have 500 left for dinner and snack. Think of it this way you had to eat the calories at some point today you just did the work early this morning.

Try a jogging stroller outside. It is bigger and roomier so a 4 yr old should not mind it.
