  • yes it will make you gain water weight/ retain fluids. I am in a frust too but I think my weight gain is gaining muscle because my pants actually fit better. So I took my measurements today so I can crossrefference when the weight says something different

  • you can dice you up an apple and add a sprinkle of cinnamon in the plain cooked oatmeal too. I do it and I add it about 60 seconds before adding the oatmeal so the apple pieces are a bit crunchy still. A small apple only adds 50 calories Carola

I learned when I think I am hungry to drink a glass of water first then give it about 15 minutes and usually I am not hungry at all but I think my signals are mixed up.
