When going swimming and you put on a bathing suit, but refuse to be seen in it, so you keep a t-shirt and some shorts on over top and swim in them so people can't see what your body looks like.

I don't have gym buddies. For me it's a nice time alone to just get my ipod on and go to it. I didn't know how much I'd like going to the gym, but it's been great for me.

Hmm since the pain came back again, I think you may have an injury there. Please see a doctor about it, and I hope you can continue with your goals. Nice work so far as well. :)

I'm still sedentary, besides my exercise routine. So I'm leaving mine as is. My workouts typically take about an hour or a few hours of my day, otherwise it's the same level for me. If you are in a similar situation I'd suggest staying on sedentary.
