That poor pup. I have two dogs both 100 pounds and they are not aggressive but can be curious around other dogs. I would carry pepper spray or go to a dog park. I hate when people can't control their dogs. Good luck

Julie, Have you tried AA for the drinking? That may help as for the food addiciton, I think I have the same thing, but I have gotten so much better about my food choices. I don't keep crap in the house anymore therefore I have to binge on good foor, veggies and fruits. I drink so much water during the day too that helps.…
