Waist and hips (mostly waist) and some off my thighs. Fortunately not my chest too much because it was always small, ha ha. I'm having trouble with my neck; I've maybe lost half an inch there since I started and it strikes me as a peculiar place for fat to be stored XD

End of the weekend...

I'll bite :) Positive: Creative, organized, smart, loyal, forgiving Negative: Sarcastic, lewd, short tempered, secretive and moody it's a lot harder coming up with nice things!

I may bring some wrath on my head, but: Turkey bacon. And I got the good brand name turkey bacon. Not only was it hard to cook, but it had a stringy, overly processed texture and had no real flavor to it. NEVER AGAIN! It's back bacon all the way now, lol!

I try to have a 21 gram piece of marble cheese (Armstrong cheese sticks for portion control) or some shredded cheddar cheese every day! (if I have the extra money for a treat, it's Swiss Knight Gruyere cheese om nom). It keeps me full, I can use the calcium and it tastes so good. And I've had little trouble losing weight…

I'm going by BF% for my overall goal because I'm not looking to be super skinny (I look like a stick without some body fat!) and I'm aiming for healthy, but not super slim. (and my son was not precisely easy on my hip bones, ha ha) As a side note, I think I like the Fat 2 Fit better than the one I use; according to it, I'm…

Half way point and just over half way to my goal :D Not bad considering how weird the weather has been all week here. Go on-blink: the weather will change again!
-
Didn't do nearly as much walking this weekend as I thought I would, but as long as I hit fifty by Wednesday night, I'll be on track for my goal.
-
Beginning my weekend of heaps and heaps of walking

Well, I'm only about half way done, but I'm not eating 'clean' (at least not 100% off the time!) My son and I hit Wendy's every Thursday after he's done therapy, I eat ice cream (Skinny Cow, primarily because I like it and my husband won't touch it, ha ha!), popcorn, mochas, frappuccinos, pizza pay days, Dairy Queen once…

I know that on months where I drink plenty of water and eat less sugar and salt, my TOM is far less horrid (usually) than months where I eat a lot of junk. But it's far from an exact science; I've had times where I eat well and I'm still moody, cramped and headachy and other times where I ate more junk and had a normal…

slow couple of days
-
Once a day, for the sake of tracking trends (such as how TOM is impacting me, etc.) I try to have as little emotional attachment to it as possible because I know that it will change. Once a week is my 'official' weigh in, in that I tell everyone on Facebook how much I've lost ;) I measure once a month.

The still-snowy underbrush of today was lovely, thank you, lol! I must say, it was strange hiking in +24 Celsius weather and crunching snow underfoot XD.

My stomach is has almost completely lost its creases and nearly all of the 'cottage cheese' appearance from being pregnant and then being overweight for three years after :D I thought I'd NEVER lose those and thus I would always have a creasy, bumpy looking belly. Hurray!

sunshine.... (and the mall)

Tomatoes... I just.... I'll eat them, but I will shudder and be very unhappy about it and I will pick them out of everything I can. Raw onions; I'm allergic. I actually used to like them in potato salad, but not anymore! Not overly fond of green pepper either, or any peppers to be frank.

Starting out sloooowww....

I prefer organic meat, simply because it tastes better and I like to support the local ranchers. But organic veggies are TOUGH to get up north; they cost twice as much and they are harder to get, so I don't usually bother except at the Farmer's Market. I guess it depends on your ability to get the food and how much you're…

Better a day late than not at all...?

I'm in for this month! My goal is 100 miles. Dunno if I'll make it, but it'll be great!
-
Ok, I'm travelling today, but since it's the end, here are my comparison measurements to the beginning. I did about 65 miles in three weeks at a whole range of speeds, so here goes. Started 193lbs 15" neck 41" waist (but I think I measured this wrong and it was more like 40 or 39... which is still awful) 41" hips Finished…

Yay!!!! I'm taking of tomorrow ladies and gentlemen, so this will be my final miles update, but I'll post my weight/inches change tomorrow morning (taking the maximum amount of time to shed everything I can ;)) At the very least, I've gone from a size 12 pants to a size 10 which is pretty darn exciting for me, lol!
-
I don't know about any books (other than that Karma sutra for 'sexy' books ;) ), but I do know something about getting together young... my husband and I are a year and a half apart and got together when I was in grade 12. We WOULD have gotten married when we were 22 and 24 respectively, but then I got preggers just after…

I think it nearly killed me and I had to walk in the wind and the swiftly darkening streets, but I DID IT! Burned 1011 calories; the majority of that, walking and then some lugging of things up and down stairs and sweeping and general tidying up (Garbage is heavy by the by, lol)
-
tomorrow's my last day! Should clear 60 easy; maybe even make 65, lol!
-
YAY CLEARED 50!!!!! Aiming for 60 XD and I'll do my measurements/weight call first thing Monday morning before getting on the train.
-
I'm in!
-
I like Cascade Ice every so often. The lemonade is really good-it's like fizzy lemonade, but with no calories, lol
-
Changed my goal a little. I wonder if I'll hit it before Monday...? Going to try!
