Oh yeah! Definitely in the same boat. We had a pot luck bbq for my daughter's birthday yesterday. Most everything we had here was healthy and organic but there are A LOT of left overs that no one wanted to take back home with them. I think we all have days when life is just crazy and hectic and it's difficult to keep on track and we go over. I know I sure do, especially on the weekend days. I think the occasional go over day isn't going to totally mean there won't be any weight loss that week. Forgive your self and set out to do better the next day.

I didn't think I would get a lot of responses on here so thank you both for responding. My husband works out of town during the week so is only home on weekends. He has not seen me go through a vertigo attack yet. But I've been telling him all about them so he's prepared for when it does happen.

I miss chocolate and cookie and flavored coffee creams: but saying no to the is better than the headache I suffer with from the sugar. Yes, sugar gives me a horrible headache.
