I really think it depends on the person - if you are healthy and at a weight that is good for you - the size you fit in does not matter :) We all know that sizes vary from brand to brand and pair of pants to another - so I don't know that it is a clear reflection of whether you are healthy :) Way to go for reaching your…

My hubby has been packing leftovers the night before - or making something the night before. He does a lot of stir-fy/one pot type dishes with rice. Salad is also a great option - you can pack some chicken/egg to go with it. I think packing the night before is really what makes it easier!! :)

I have had migraines for years. I read the book the 1-2-3 Migraine Diet earlier this year. It gave a nice explanation of how triggers work and how food triggers work. Food triggers can take up to 2-3 days to cause an issue. They can also cause an issue one time and not another. This can make finding them super tough.…

Yes, definitely check local farmer's markets. We went shopping this past weekend at a local farm and for $36 purchased strawberries, plums, lemons and limes, swiss chard, celery, carrots, red bell peppers, onion, hamburger, and kalbasa. :) Definitely much more reasonable then our regular stores.

I agree - sometimes adding things to your water can spice it up a bit. I like to add strawberries and mint leaves :)

One good way to assess how much to drink is half your body weight in water - i.e 160 lbs = 80 oz of water :)

I am doing Insanity now too! I LOVE this program. It is really helping me strength wise. I haven't done Chalene Extreme (yet!). I have only heard great things about it though. I loved TurboFire and really enjoy Chalene's energy.

I really like it a lot! So far my favorite recipes are the mojito recipes (watermelon mojito is awesome) and the Harvest Pie. I have found that when you double blend it (blend, let sit for 4-5 mins, and blend again) that really helps with texture. Enjoy!!
