  • I make something similar but i use fat free lemon yoghurt mixed with the lite Cool Whip AND I dissolve 1 packet of sugar-free lemon jello in 1/4 cup of boiling water and when the jello has dissolved (stir fast!) , stir that into the yoghurt/Cool Whip mixture. Makes it more lemony and increases the color.
