Does salad count as "cooking"? lol. If so, I made an apple pecan salad. Handful of any greens, 1 TBS of blue cheese, 1-2 TBS of roasted pecans, 1TBS of dried cranberries, 1 gala apple, 2TBS of pomegranate vinaigrette. You can also add chicken, if you'd like.

For me, it depends on the day and my mood. Some days I feel stuffed with only 850, and other days I can have 1800. But on average, I have about 1200 a day, with exercise. I drink a ton of water, so maybe that's why.

I'm about 5'8 and my goal weight is 155

I can't eat a lot of the things I ate before, due to my gallbladder. I ate a lot of fried foods back then.

Cow's milk doesn't do nice things to me. I feel sick if I have high fatty foods ever since I had my goal bladder removed. It's so frustrating

I'm still able to eat almost everything I love ( I just had smaller portions), I absolutely cannot drink soda anymore. I bough a coke last week, since it had my name on it, and it was NASTY!

I was diagnosed when I was 19, so 5 years now. I've lost 8 pounds in 4 weeks! The "diet" that has been working really well for me is low-ish carbs. I try not to eat more than 110 carbs a day, and 130 if I'm working out. I still eat pizza, and cake, and Starbucks, just everything in moderation.
