Week 2 Day 8 - Cardio Power and Resistance Can't believe we survived week 1! I already noticed a big difference in my power jumps in this one - I'm still doing way fewer reps than they are, but I can jump a lot higher.

Week 1 Day 3: Cardio Power and Resistance Am I the only one who thinks those "stretches" are not really so much of a break? I ended up sitting down on the floor and doing my own thing after my muscles couldn't balance me anymore :) I think I need to start doing yoga... Katie
