What works for me is repetitive meals that I enjoy. Find a meal that's easy to make, is healthy, and that you wouldn't mind eating every night. Any kind of weight lifting, whether it be with weights at the gym or with your own body weight. I recently started taking "Uni-Liver" by Universal and it has heme iron in there.
