I was wondering the same thing myself. It looks like it monitors your daily steps, which to me would mean it needs to be running in the background. I started running when I weighed more than that & have not had any issues besides PF, but that was in part to horrible shoes. If your Dr. Clears it then don't hold back & do it. Take it slow & listen to your body. Good luck.

You can’t spot reduce. I have lost 40lbs & it’s all over my body. stupid spending on myself stuff was the following: Louis Vuitton Epi Leather & a Louis Vuitton Monogram Denim as well as Bvlgari sunglasses. I have a few pairs of D&G sunglasses but they cost less than the Bvlgari so I don't classify them as stupid (yeah I know I'm kidding myself).

beneath the button to start mision there should be three options music tracking zombie chases click on the one you want to change, in this case tracking & then a new window opens up & you choose the tracking option. I have an iPhone 4s. I am not sure if it's different in an android.

Hello & welcome Runner 5. Yes, it will do zombie chases if you enable them. You have to change the setting for a treadmill though to Accelerometer instead of GPS. Stay safe out there Runner 5.

I use a reflective vest & clip my rear bike light onto the back of the vest. My laces are also reflective & of course my phone strapped on my arm. My daughter also just made me a glow in the dark hair clip
