I started @ age 42 & obese. I heard it all, your going to hurt your knees, heart attack, etc. etc. a year later & I'm still alive & running w/no knee issues. Funny you ask, I just ate one. I have only tried the chocolate peanut butter one & it's pretty good & low in sugar. It isn't as dry as other bars, it has kind of a tootsie roll texture. Oh & it does help curb my sweet tooth.
